Janet Munsil’s comedic tale of new world heroes and old world Greek gods opens this Friday March 4 at 8pm at the Metro. This highly entertaining play which combines elements of fantasy, comedy and historical non-fiction, will transport you back to 1817 when the young poet John Keats first visits the controversial Elgin Marbles exhibit at the British Museum. Influence is a 100% homegrown production featuring a talented cast of Victoria’s favourite performers – Ian Case (Giggling Iguana Productions), Paul Terry, David Radford, Karen Lee Pickett, and Elliott Loran.
